PETERSBURG, VA (WWBT) -
The body of a VCU professor who went missing Thursday has been found, according to Petersburg Police.
Officers were on the phone with 62-year-old Dr. David Primeaux just before 8 p.m. Thursday, but then couldn't reach him anymore. His body was located in Charles City County, VA.
The preliminary investigation indicates suicide, however an autopsy will be conducted to determine cause and approximate time of death. Next of kin has been notified.
