Eating regular meals and then eating the extra food at work and at parties during the holiday season, can cause weight gain at this time of year.
Skip your lunch that you bring from home if there is a noon party at work or at a restaurant.
Eat the same amount of calories as you do at other times of the year, but say no to the home cooking until the season is over.
