A Richmond mother of five is woken up from her afternoon nap when her ceiling falls down on her.
Robin Logan says she had just finished cooking her family Christmas breakfast, and lied down for a nap when a loud crashing noise woke her. At first she thought the commotion came from outside, but then realized it came from inside her bedroom.
Logan says first responders told her the plaster gave out, causing the ceiling to fall. She has a few cuts and bruises, but says she's just thankful to be alive.
Logan says she called her landlord after the plaster fell, but he won't be able to see the damage until Wednesday morning.
