Police are investigating a shooting in Richmond Monday morning.
The call came in at 1:49 a.m. for a person shot in the 1300 block of Coalter St.
Police say a man in his 20s was outside, talking on his cell phone, when he was shot multiple times by an unknown person. He was transported to VCU Medical Center with life threatening injuries.
