The holidays have the staff at VCU Children's Hospital full of cheer and they're showing it off with a special video surprise.

In support of a 12 Days of Holiday Cheer campaign they wanted to show how much everyone appreciates the doctors, nurses and staff. So, they put a call out on Facebook asking their fans if they had a favorite doctor or a special message or story they wanted to share. They were hoping to get 100 responses and if they did, they promised to have the staff show off their dancing skills.

"Beyond providing a top notch facility, in my experiences CHoR also has some of the most talented and caring hospital staff out there," said Julia Ayscue in one of the notes. 'The nurses and doctors truly  care about their patients and it shows. I am so grateful for their dedication and kindness."

In response, the staff made a music video and posted it online today.

The staff and some patients showed off their talents, set to the music of One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful."
