RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
A Henrico Deputy facing DUI and cocaine charges goes before a judge on Thursday.
Henrico police arrested 43-year-old Patricia Baran, earlier this month, after an accident on West Broad and Westerre Parkway.
Police say she was drunk and refused to take a breath test. The sheriff's office says Baran worked at the Henrico West jail for at least five years.
Authorities are conducting an internal investigation. Baran is due in court at 9 a.m.
