RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Altria Research Director, Leyla Namiranian has been missing for nine months. Police say they have a long way to go in the investigation.
According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, Chesterfield Police plan to release new details about the case next week.
The report includes new testimony from Namiranian's friends, who say they were worried about the 41-year-old after her split with Michael Edwards.
Police describe Edwards as a person of interest, but say they cannot tie him to Namiranian's disappearance.
