Chico is a Rat Terrier tri-color, 25-27lbs and is kinda tall for a ratty. He's black and white with brown in his face and erect ears. He's 7yrs old and friendly with other animals, but a little scared of people. He lives on Willamar St in the southside of Richmond. Lost Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012.
