Gardasil (HPV) vaccine

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA (WWBT) - Dr. James Bush is suggesting his patients get the HPV vaccine.

Gardasil is a vaccine for common strains of the human papillomavirus, which can lead to genital warts and/or cervical cancer depending on the strain.

The vaccine is given between the ages of 9 to 26 years old in a series of three vaccines over six months.
