GOOCHLAND, VA (WWBT) -
A Poquoson teen is dead after an accident on I-64 in Goochland County.
State police tell us at 5:23 p.m. Friday, 18 year old Rhys Tyler Ritter was driving west near Oilville when his S-U-V ran off the road and flipped.
Ritter died at the scene. A passenger 18-year old Timothy Watson is at VCU Medical Center with life threatening injuries.
The 17-year old passenger is expected to be okay.
Police say no one in the vehicle was wearing a seat belt.
The investigation is ongoing.
