Chris Thomas is a reporter for NBC12 and anchor for CW Richmond.

Prior to reporting, he worked as an Associate Producer in his hometown of Birmingham, Alabama.

Chris majored in English and graduated with departmental honors from Morehouse College in Atlanta. Before coming to WWBT, Chris anchored newscasts in Augusta, Georgia.

He was named Best On-Air Personality in 2011 by the Georgia Association of Broadcasters. christhomas@nbc12.com
