SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Salvation Army red kettle bell ringer Patrick Toliver is a singing sensation.

Standing outside the Kroger's grocery store on Youree Drive, Toliver's soulful sound is helping the Salvation Army fill the red kettle.

A KSLA News 12 viewer informed us about Toliver's talents, so we decided to check him out for ourselves.
