CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -
Chesterfield Police are on the scene of an officer-involved shooting where one person is dead.
Police say two felony assault warrants were being served to 38-year-old Brian McDaniel at 7709 Millcreek Drive near Lancashire Drive around 4:30 p.m. Monday. When McDaniel pulled out a gun, police shot him.
Mobile Command is at the scene to investigate the shooting.
