RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - It is supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, but let's face it, the holidays can be stressful.

Make sure you are taking time for yourself during this holiday season.
Set 15 minutes aside each day to do a stress relieving activity, such as listening to soothing music, taking a warm bath or going for a walk.
Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep at night and try not to overindulge. Overeating and excessive drinking can exacerbate stress and lead to a depressed mood.
