Make sure you are taking time for yourself during this holiday season.
Set 15 minutes aside each day to do a stress relieving activity, such as listening to soothing music, taking a warm bath or going for a walk.
Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep at night and try not to overindulge. Overeating and excessive drinking can exacerbate stress and lead to a depressed mood.
