Dr. Edwin Robinson is helping his patients when they get a laceration or cut.
A laceration can occur because of a fall or collision, whereas a cut is a wound from something like a knife or glass.
Be cautious when handling objects such as knives or glass. Use protection in sports and at the work site to prevent getting these.
Some wounds may need stitches or staples. Most wounds will normally leave a small scar after healing.
