The man accused of robbing the Powhatan Plaza Pharmacy in May will spend four years in prison.
According to the Times-Dispatch, Maurice Williams, 23, plead guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 10 years, with 6 suspended.
Williams admitted to going into the pharmacy and passing a note to the cashier. The note said that he had a gun and wanted money, though no gun was ever shown during the robbery.
In addition to prison time, the judge also ordered Williams to pay back what he had taken from the pharmacy - approximately $130.
