HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -
A grand jury has indicted a Henrico woman in connection with a deadly crash at a Henrico dialysis center.
The grand jury indicted Sara Mateer Clark, 49, on charges of involuntary manslaughter, DUI involuntary manslaughter, DWI and reckless driving. The warrants were served Thursday.
Clark crashed into the DaVita Dialysis on Three Chopt Road on the morning of July 9, striking two people inside, according to Henrico Police. Barbara A. Carney-Clarke, 61, of Richmond died later that day at VCU Medical Center.
Clark will go to court Tuesday to set a future trial date.
