RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
The Richmond-area's latest millionaire will be unveiled on Friday.
A $1,000,000 winning Powerball ticket was bought at Kroger on North Lombardy Street in November.
At 11 a.m., lottery official will present the winner with the prize.
The ticket was one of four in the state worth $1,000,000.
