ORLANDO, Fla. – LSU junior defensive end Sam Montgomery, linebacker Kevin Minter and safety Eric Reid have been selected to the Walter Camp All-America Second Team, the Walter Camp Football Foundation unveiled on Thursday night at the ESPN College Football Awards in Walt Disney World Resort.
The Walter Camp All-America Team is the nation's oldest All-America team, now in its 123rd year of existence. The Walter Camp Football Foundation – a New Haven-based all-volunteer group – was founded in 1967 to perpetuate the ideals of Walter Camp and continue the tradition of selecting an annual All-America team. The teams are selected by the head coaches and sports information directors.
