RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
A Richmond woman who used Craigslist to set up a date was instead robbed at gunpoint.
The woman went to the 700 block of East Brookland Park Boulevard at 12:13 a.m. Wednesday to meet the man. However, when she got there someone came at her from behind with a gun, according to Richmond Police. He told her to get on the ground and stole her pocketbook before running away.
Authorities aren't sure whether the suspect was also the man the victim set up the date with online.
