All lanes of I-95N at Parham Road are back open after accident earlier Wednesday.
Police say a Ford truck pulling a utility trailer crashed around 11:20 a.m. Wednesday when the vehicle tried to merge on I-95N from the Parham Road east entrance ramp, ran off the left side of the ramp and lost control.
The vehicle and trailer, carrying a Land Cruiser and a Range Rover, overturned and blocked all northbound lanes.
The driver, Christopher D. McDonald, 27, suffered minor injuries. He is charged with reckless driving - failure to maintain proper control.
Two lanes of the interstate were closed southbound earlier Wednesday morning, due to an unrelated construction incident.
