Richmond Animal Care & Control will hold its second annual Holiday Adoption Open House on Saturday, Dec. 15, from noon until 4 p.m. at the shelter on Chamberlayne Ave.
Pets will be available for adoption at half-price ($50) with approved applications. Refreshments will be served. The public is invited to attend at no cost.

RACC is open Tuesday – Friday, 1–5p.m. and Saturday, noon until 4 p.m.
