"I'm excited to take Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth on tour and share it with my fans across the country," Tyson said in a press release. "Undisputed Truth is my story. I'm giving my all."

The show is billed as a rare, personal look inside the life and mind of Tyson, who was the first heavyweight boxer to hold the WBA, WBC and IBF boxing titles simultaneously. More recently, he has starred as himself in The Hangover and The Hangover 2, launched Animal Planet's Taking on Tyson, and started his own clothing line.

The show received mixed reviews on Broadway. The New York Times called it "a lazily structured biographical tour," though it added that Tyson was "surprisingly amusing when the script lets him be." The New York Daily News said, "like his life, the show is entertaining, fascinating and messy." The script, written by his wife Kiki, highlights some of Tyson's successes, while ignoring others and pays similar attention to his low lights.
