HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -
Henrico Police say conditions are back to normal after a heavy traffic backup at Parham Road and River Road.
The backup was caused by an earlier traffic crash that downed a power line. Dominion and Verizon crews have cleared the lines and restored power to the traffic lights at the intersections.
River Road is now opened in both directions from Parham Road.
