Investigators counted at least seven bullet holes in the front door of a Chesterfield apartment following the Thanksgiving Day shooting.
The suspect, Michael Williams, was back in court on Tuesday. He faces three charges of use of a firearm in Chesterfield General District Court. The rest of his charges are at the Chesterfield Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courthouse. The judge at juvenile court appointed him an attorney.
Williams is accused of shooting two brothers, ages 16 and 10, and their mother.
A search warrant shows investigators collected pieces of children's clothing and some had red stains. It says investigators took swabs of red stains throughout the apartment.
Police also have the suspected weapon.
The two brothers are still in the hospital. The mother was released earlier this week.
