The suspect in a triple-shooting on Thanksgiving night in Chesterfield is due back in court Tuesday.
Michael Williams is accused of shooting two brothers, ages 10 and 16, and their mother.
Police describe the violence as domestic-related. Court documents show Williams has a history of domestic violence.
Investigators believe the 16-year-old victim was trying to protect his family the night of the shooting.
The brothers are still in the hospital in intensive care. Their mother is out of the hospital.
