CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -
State police say 13 people died in traffic-related accidents over Thanksgiving weekend.
Three of those killed were pedestrians, one of those deaths happened in Chesterfield on Hull Street.
A 58-year-old man was hit and killed. The driver has not been caught.
State police say this year's number of fatalities is slightly higher than the past two years.
