Thanksgiving is behind us, but your fridge is probably still bursting with leftovers.
That is something you need to be careful of.
Dr. Bambi Gladfelter is warning her patients about the dangers of the leftovers.
Be sure to store leftovers in shallow airtight containers. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers within two hours of cooking the food. Don't let anything sit past four days.
Reheat leftovers to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. When in doubt about foods, it is wise to air on the side on caution and throw it out!
