CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -
Around 6:30am Chesterfield police say 58 year old Roscoe Baker Junior was trying to cross the westbound lanes of Hull Street near Turner Road, when an unknown driver hit him and kept going.
Baker died at the scene. Police are investigating the incident. Anyone with information regarding this accident is encouraged to call Chesterfield Crime Solvers at (804) 748-0660.
