RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Richmond Police arrested a man they say is connected to the homicide in Richmond's southside Monday morning.
Police arrested Demione Antione Stevens, 30, who they say was spotted fleeing the scene. He is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Police responded to the call of a two-vehicle crash in the 3900 block of Larchmont Lane at 11:10 a.m. Monday. Officers found Terrell Anderson, 33, shot to death in one of the vehicles.
