CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -
Chesterfield County Police have charged 48-year-old Thomas Green with reckless driving.
Allen Farnham, of Chesterfield County, was walking across the parking lot in the 11000 block of Hull Street Road at 8 p.m. when he was struck by a Ford pickup truck driven by Green.
Farnham was taken to VCU Medical Center.
Police continue their investigation into this incident.
