STAFFORD, VA (WWBT) -
According to Fredericksburg.com, an eight-month-old was in a room, alone and upside down in a car seat, for possibly two hours.
Stafford authorities charged 34-year-old Christine Maxson with child abuse and endangerment.
Her baby has some bruises, but is okay.
The infant is now with child protective services.
