Richmond City Council's Finance and Economic Development Committee will review at least one payment option for the Washington Redskins training camp facility Thursday.
One option will be for the City to pull money from the construction budgets of the new City Jail and schools, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch. It would shift $4 million from the jail construction budget, and a little more than $5 million from the school construction project.
Another $400,000 would also be pulled from the City Stadium renovation project.
City officials say this will not have an impact on any of these projects.
The committee will also consider giving authority to the city's Chief Administrative Officer, Byron Marshall, to finalize the Redskins deal between the city, the team, the Economic Development Authority and Bon Secours.
