VDOT considers toll on I-64 near Richmond

While VDOT and state and local leaders debate over a toll proposal on I-95, a possible toll could be coming on I-64.

The plans would put a toll up somewhere between Richmond and Hampton, according to the Virginia Pilot.

Right now, the discussions are still in the early stages and no one has made a final decision on this toll, according to the newspaper.

There will be three public meetings on the topic of a toll on I-64. The next public meeting in the Richmond area will be December 13th.
