RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
A Richmond woman faces charges after reportedly driving drunk with a baby in the car - and police say the baby's mother was a passenger in that car.
Courtney Hall was allegedly driving erratically last Tuesday at 1:30 a.m. Police say Hall also had drugs on her when they pulled her over.
The child's mother, Mindy Manning, was in the car too. Police say she also faces a charge for having drugs. We're told the child is still with its mother.
