The man convicted in a deadly road rage case near the Powhite Parkway is expected to learn his fate Thursday.
41-year-old Christopher Sessoms pled guilty to felony involuntary manslaughter and hit and run in May.
The September 2011 crash on I-195 killed 24-year-old Chris Fisher.
The prosecutor said Sessoms sped past Fisher at 90 miles per hour. He then pulled in front of him and hit the brakes.
Sessoms faces up to 20 years in prison.
