RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Fire crews were called to a house fire in Richmond Wednesday night.
The fire started at the Oak Tree Apartments in the 4100 block of Jeff Davis Highway on the city's Southside around midnight.
The fire damaged at least one apartment, and several others were affected by smoke. Firefighters had everything under control in about 20 minutes. The fire is still under investigation. No one was injured in the fire.
The people affected by the fire did not request any help from the American Red Cross.
