The trial is set to begin for the man behind the wheel in last year's deadly bus crash in Caroline County.
38-year-old Kin Yiu Cheung faces four counts of involuntary manslaughter.
Four people died in the May, 2011 wreck on I-95; more than 50 others on the Sky Express bus were injured.
Court records show Cheung admitted to falling asleep at the wheel.
Last month, involuntary manslaughter charges were dropped against the bus line's dispatcher, but the Richmond Times Dispatch reports Zhao Jian Chen was subpoenaed to appear as a potential witness in Thursday's trial.
