Baja Bean has reason for fiesta with new lease

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

A popular Mexican restaurant in the Fan has reason for a fiesta.

Baja Bean is staying put. The restaurant's lease initially wasn't renewed.

The owners were forced to start looking for a new place. However, the landlord reconsidered.

Now, Baja Bean's owner, Ron Morris, says they've signed a three year lease, and will help pay for renovations that the landlord had desired.
