RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Crowds of VCU students took to the streets of Richmond Tuesday night after learning President Obama had been re-elected.
For many of these students, it was their first time voting in a Presidential election.
VCU Police and Richmond Police say there were no major incidents.
