Plus, Voters in Colorado and Washington State have made a major decision to legalize the recreation use of marijuana. The initiatives regulate the production, possession, and distribution of marijuana for people 21 and older.
Supporters of same-sex marriage have a reason to celebrate this morning. Bills supporting same-sex marriage passed in Maryland and Maine. These are the first two states where voters approved the law -- rather than the courts or lawmakers.
