RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Richmond Police are investigating a fatal accident in South Richmond.
Police say around 11 a.m. Sunday a man possibly in his 30s was driving south on Hopkins Road when he lost control of his car. The car crossed several lanes, hitting a parked car in a driveway, before flipping onto its side and hitting a home.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Police believe speed may have played a factor in this accident. The crash team is investigating.
