It was supposed to be a done deal. Henrico County leaders just re-worked an ordinance that toughens up rules against panhandling but one man says the changes went a bit too far. He's challenging the ordinance in court.
Plus, Thursday is the first day of Men's Health Awareness Month. We will break down some recommendations from the experts on what tests men should have done and at what ages.
