We escaped Sandy but the cleanup continues in the Northeast as more than 8-million people wait for power to be turned back on. We will show you the damage left behind by the Super Storm. Plus, it was supposed to be a done deal. Henrico County leaders just re-worked an ordinance that toughens up rules against panhandling but one man says the changes went a bit too far. He's challenging the ordinance in court. We have the latest information.

Plus, Thursday is the first day of Men's Health Awareness Month. We will break down some recommendations from the experts on what tests men should have done and at what ages.
