HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -
A woman driving a Chrysler 300 crashes into a man lying in the northbound lane of N. Laburnum near a red scooter. It happened Sunday night around 6:30 p.m. near entrance C of the Seven Gables apartments.
The man believed to be the driver of the scooter died at the scene.
The crash team is investigating why the man was lying in the road.

No charges have been filed at this time.
