PRESS RELEASE FROM CHESTERFIELD COUNTY:

Chesterfield County Announces Debris Disposal Options 

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA—Chesterfield County's two Convenience Centers, Northern, located at 3200 Warbro Road, Midlothian, VA  23113 and Southern, located at 6700 Landfill Drive, Chester, VA  23831, will be closing at 3 p.m. today due to weather conditions. 

Both sites will be open daily beginning Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 9 :30 a.m. until 6 p.m. until further notice for residential customers only. No commercial waste can be accepted. Disposal of storm debris will be at no charge. 

Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court will close today at 1 p.m. 

Ettrick library will now close at noon.

The Chesterfield County General Registrar's office will be open until 5 p.m. for absentee voting. The address is 9849 Lori Road, Chesterfield, VA23832.
