Dominion Resources Innovation Center in Hanover is holding a contest to find the most promising tech start-up businesses in Central Virginia. It's called Tech Challenge Hanover. First place is $10,000, second place is six months free rent at the Dominion Resources Innovation Center, and third place is three months free rent there.
