RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
VCU Police have charged a driver in a crash that sent a woman on a bike to the hospital.
Police say the driver was making a left turn onto Harrison Street, near West Broad Street, when the cyclist ran into her smashing into the passenger side window, just after 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
The woman on the bicycle is expected to be okay. The driver was charged with failing to yield.
