A Virginia business owner is vowing to catch the vandals who ripped his Romney-Ryan signs out of the ground - not once, not twice, but three times.
The theft from a Charlottesville gas station was caught on tape.
Shell station owner Wesley Gfroerer says he won't be intimidated. He's already set up a fourth sign.
Area police say campaign sign crimes aren't very common in the city but could send the Volvo-driving vandal to jail, for up to a year with a $2,500 fine.
